Audition Information

How can you audition for our next season?

Main auditions for the 2009-2010 Season will be held in connection with the Olympia Audition League, a consortium of local community theaters in Olympia. These auditions are for actors 16 years and older.

Information about these auditions can be found on the Olympia Audition League's website.

Actors under the age of 16 can audition for parts in the first two Olympia Family Theater productions (Charlotte's Web and Best Christmas Pageant Ever) at a special "callback" audition sometime in late August. Make sure you are on our mailing list (or send an email to the theater: info@olyft.org) to stay in touch.


How can you see the scripts for next season?

OFT's 2009-10 scripts(except the musical) are available on reserve at the Downtown Timberland Library in Olympia. They are not available for check out.

New this Summer: OFT Theater Camp

We will be offering two, one-week day camps (9am-3pm) for young actors.

Week 1: July 13–17 for 6–12 year olds
Week 2: July 20–24 for all ages (6–17 year olds)
Both Camps Are Now Full. Please make sure you are on the OFT mailing list to stay in touch for future classes!

Both sessions will include a variety of activities and classes, and will culminate in Friday evening performances for friends and family. Space is limited, so register today.
